Technical Delivery Manager

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead cross-geography teams delivering Java-based microservices remediation, server upgrades, and technology currency initiatives within a banking environment. This role combines strong technical oversight with structured delivery governance and stakeholder management.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application currency remediation and modernization programs.
• Manage distributed teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore) across development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Oversee Java upgrades, microservices remediation, server/middleware upgrades, and CI/CD alignment.
