Job Description

GDMS-C is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our TacNET team supporting the Land Command Support System (LCSS). The LCSS is a system of systems that supports the Canadian Army in operations by providing commanders with the information services required to make effective and timely command and control decisions.

You will work side‑by‑side with software, network, and hardware engineers in an Agile environment while ensuring that the system remains secure, reliable, and future‑proof.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and track System problem Reports (SPRs); work with engineering team(s) to reproduce issues, capture resolution steps and close SPRs.
• Support software verification and integration engineering activities, run system‑level test suites, and formally document test results and analysis. Review and update system design documents, use‑cases and procedures.
