Opportunity Description
Supplier Performance Improvement Engineer
The Supplier Performance Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving continual improvement activities with suppliers. This position entails monitoring supplier performance on a regular interval and conducting supplier audits as per the annual audit plan. Duties also include performing supplier process/product qualification and claim management by using quality tools to improve the supplier performance.
Responsibilities
Evaluate Supplier processes and qualify the product
Manage Level 3 claims with suppliers
Analyze Supplier performance on regular intervals
Carry out product and process qualification at supplier as per Radiall standards
Communicate Radiall quality requirements to suppliers
Manage Supplier Risk Analysis
Drive continual improvement activities with suppliers
