Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production to meet schedule, yield, and efficiency targets.
- Assign tasks, adjust staffing, and monitor line flow and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, CFIA, SQF/GMP, and animal welfare standards.
- Respond to deviations or contamination risks and complete required reports.
- Enforce PPE, lockout/tagout, and all safety procedures.
- Monitor, train and coach employees; support performance evaluations and documentation.
