About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Studio Manager directly oversees front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, ensuring they are properly equipped to deliver excellence at all times. This role is responsible for guest and member experience both inside and outside the group fitness studios—with the exception of class delivery itself, which falls under the fitness team's responsibility.
The Studio Manager handles hiring, training, and retaining FOH and BOH team members to achieve exemplary levels of guest and team satisfaction.
This position manages team scheduling, studio supplies procurement, retail merchandising, and facilities inventory while reporting on various aspects of the Studio's P&A. Key financial metrics include labor budget, tools and supplies, and office expenses.
Non-financial KPIs include brand net promoter score (NPS), department employee net promoter score, and employee turnover rate.
