Structural Engineering Trainee – Niagara Falls office

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently to apply engineering principles to perform calculations for structural analysis and design of industrial building and equipment support structures and foundations.
• Work collaboratively to share results with senior members of the discipline and/or other Hatch groups.
• Prepare calculation reports and engineering documents to be used by internal and external stakeholders.
• Become knowledgeable of structural analytical software and tools, building codes and material design codes, discipline workflows and execution, and building and equipment structure and foundation systems.
• Participate in office and site safety training and inductions as needed to support office and site activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work in other Hatch offices or project work sites (including remote sites) as need...
