Who we need

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to play a critical role in launching a new, high‑growth temporary display business line focused on corrugated and semi‑permanent retail displays. You will operate at the intersection of structural engineering and project/vendor management, translating creative concepts into cost‑efficient, manufacturable packaging and display solutions. You will lead initiatives from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, operational constraints, and sustainability goals. This newly created role, driven by business expansion, offers the opportunity to help shape how this function evolves from the ground up.

This is an existing, full‑time vacancy in a hybrid model (minimum 4 days in‑office in Scarborough). You will also travel within the GTA to collaborate with vendors on sampling and production, and may travel to the U.S. in the future.
