Structural Designer

Responsibilities

• Generating 3D models with SP3D based on engineers’ design sketches for steel structures, pile foundation, and buildings.
• Creating 2D drawings from reference of the SP3D models
• Ensuring all drawings and materials are in accordance with COOEC and client specifications and standards.
• Reporting progress of work assignments to immediate supervisor
• Preparing as-built drawings based on field red‑line markups.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience of design in the oil and gas industry.
• Advanced computer skills and experience in major drafting and design software such as Auto CAD, CADWorx, and SP3D.
• Technical school certification / degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work within a multi‑disciplinary team including process, mechanical, civil‑structural, electrical, instrumentation, and piping.
