Position Overview

Are you a Building Engineering professional with strong business acumen and a passion for shaping the future of the industry? Autodesk is seeking a Building Engineering Strategy Manager to join the AEC Design Strategy team, supporting the Building Engineering business across North America, encompassing both MEP systems and Structural engineering.

This role requires a strategic, action-oriented leader who can navigate ambiguity, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution. You will help define the long-term industry vision, validate market opportunities, and lead initiatives that bring Autodesk’s next-generation platforms into core building engineering workflows.
