Independent Supply Company is a wholesale supply company catering to the Commercial and Residential HVAC/R industry and we have an immediate full‑time opening for a Strategic Development teammate.

The Strategic Development Program (SDP) will take you on a trip through one of our Profit Centers teaching you about every aspect of the business from shipping and receiving, to account management and sales, to operational excellence. This highly involved sales role will put you face to face with contractors in both the Refrigeration and HVAC markets where you will learn the products, systems, and technical requirements of building management systems.
