Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) Qualification Governance & Automation Remote (available to residents of Mexico) Job Overview This role owns end-to-end qualification governance and continuous improvement for hardware/software changes across SCHIE. You will combine deep technical fluency with program leadership, audit/root-cause rigor, and automation mindset to reduce qualification risk, shorten cycle time, and improve execution quality at hyperscale. Why This Role • Reduce fragmentation across Q1/Q2/derivative qualification paths that drives rework and long cycle times. •Address audit findings (aging qualifications, unclear ownership, governance gaps) with durable, measurable fixes. • Improve orchestration across release urgency and sustaining pressure with a single execution and accountability point. • Operationalize RCA insights into systemic process/tooling improvements rather than one-off corrections.
