You’ll lead implementation projects, analyze client needs, and guide them through process improvements that make a real difference.

Our most successful Implementation Managers (IMs) come from diverse professional backgrounds, but they share a few key traits: adaptability, technical fluency, strong data skills, and professionalism in working with clients. While experience in public sector budgeting or systems implementation is a strong asset, what matters most is your ability to learn, lead, and deliver.
