The Role
As a senior member of the technical services team, reporting to the chief structural engineer, you will provide structural engineering expertise and leadership to support Cameco site operations, projects, and other business units. You will play a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across the asset life cycle.
In this role, you will:
-Be responsible for scope development, planning, and cost estimating to support business cases over the asset life cycle.
-Work with structural and architectural designers for CAD work in support of development of 3D models and 2D drawings including all construction details.
-Develop and revise technical specification, work on scope of supply, BOMs, MTOs, CWPs and construction work packages.
-Develop technical memos and/or structural condition assessment reports as required.
