Responsibilities Provide in-depth knowledge in the research, planning, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment of high quality software that meets business requirements. Define standards for team deliverables and processes. Solve complex problems; act as escalation point for IS team members. Take a new perspective on existing solutions to troubleshoot and support all deployed software. Identify and resolve complex issues with sustainable solutions. Provide advantages and disadvantages of potential solutions. Resolve issues and errors and improve performance and security as needed in a timely manner. Assess the impact of specific business process. Identify and design systems/architecture/processes that enhance the business's value.
