Insight Global is looking for a Sr. AI Experience Software Developer based in North America to join a large HCM company on a 7 month contract to support a government-focused vulnerability remediation program. This is a senior hands-on engineering role focused on implementing and hardening AI-assisted development workflows for broader use. Working as part of a small technical team, this role will help build reusable assets, operationalize workflows in real development settings, and support adoption across repositories, toolchains, testing practices, and delivery processes. The role will contribute directly to the implementation components that make shared workflows practical and repeatable, including prompts, agents, context patterns, harnesses, workflow scaffolding, templates, implementation guides, and lightweight evaluation methods.
