SQE Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to support our automotive business units by ensuring supplier quality compliance and performance. This role will lead supplier development, manage PPAPs and scorecards, and drive continuous improvement through audits and corrective actions.

Team

You’ll be part of the TIS division at Molex Guadalajara, working closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. Our team is committed to excellence in supplier performance and product safety.

What You Will Do

• Manage supplier performance and scorecards
• Lead resolution of quality notifications and MRB activities
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer‑specific requirements
