Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a variety of design-thinking activities and collaborative sessions to understand the infrastructure requirements needed to host the BMC Helix ITSM Solution.
- Plan and execute research to understand expectations, behaviors and needs to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, service design blueprints, information architecture diagrams and other design artefacts as suits the needs of the migration project or migration team.
- Collaborate with and advise the product and infrastructure teams on architectural design.
