Day to Day Job Duties

• Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end regulatory data mapping for in-scope business processes and systems across Chile, Peru, and Mexico.
  • Document data flows across the lifecycle: collection, use, storage, sharing (including third parties), retention, and deletion.
  • Establish clear lineage from source systems through downstream processing and consumption.
  • Validate mappings with Business and Technology subject‑matter experts.
• Data Inventory / Records of Processing (RoPA) Support
  • Develop and validate data inventories supporting RoPA requirements.
  • Identify personal and sensitive data elements, purposes of processing, system ownership, and cross‑border data transfers.
  • Ensure inventories align with country‑specific regulatory and privacy obligations.
• Data Subject Rights (DSAR) Enablement
