About the Job
We are searching for an Android Software Engineer to join the CNN Mobile Engineering Team. This role is an individual contributor who is self‑directed, works with minimal supervision, and is expected to tackle difficult technical challenges. The Engineer will contribute to the technical direction of the team, support Principal Engineers/Architects and Senior Engineers in defining technology strategy and implementation, and partner with Product, Design and Delivery leaders to help teams deliver on product initiatives and operational execution.
About the Team
The team builds innovative and creative mobile experiences for CNN’s news audience, leveraging the latest features and technologies available in the Android ecosystem.
