Our client, a manufacturer in the energy sector, is looking hire a Software Architect for their location in Markham, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Systems Architect for Grid Automation Technology team to enable digital transformation in the power grid, focused on signal digitization, protection & control infrastructure devices.
  • Elicit and Capture detailed requirements from stakeholders
  • Analyze complex requirements to design overall system architecture including hardware/software interface and embedded software
  • Document software architecture design in various formats including block diagrams, UML
  • Handle change management and impact analysis, assessing the effects of modifications on system architecture.
  • Ensure requirements traceability through all phases of design, implementation, and testing.
