Smt process engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Process and will be the subject matter expert for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Lines. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will provide knowledge, skill and partner with engineering team to lead people and process from NPI launch, SMT Process, Test & Inspection engineering, and packout in preparation for shipping and receiving. Responsibilities Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of SMT manufacturing equipment including laser mark/etching, screen printing, placement/mounter, reflow ovens. Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of inspection machines including SPI, AOI, ICT and X-Ray Inspection. Both inline of offline Support NPI in selection, specification, and implementation of manufacturing equipment hardware and software, including quotes, cost, timing, and coordination.
