Site Manager

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Site Manager is responsible and accountable for efficient and effective site operations and integrated service delivery by some or all service lines at a medium-size site with complex programs. The Site Manager plans, organizes, manages, oversees, and controls site operations while delivering the assigned programs. The incumbent ensures overall compliance with policies and procedures, identifies, tracks, reports on and mitigates service delivery risks, and manages the Client-Partner relationship. The incumbent also supports, promotes, and provides input to regional and national objectives and initiatives. Leading and motivating a team of professionals, the Site Manager manages the human resources responsibilities for the site to optimize the use of employee skills and knowledge.
