Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading Canadian organization for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultantwith deep expertise in Customer Service Management. This is a high-impact opportunity to help optimize customer service and field service workflows on the ServiceNow platform across Canada. Responsibilities: Analyze Canadian business requirements and translate them into optimized ServiceNow CSM workflows. Partner with stakeholders nationwide to streamline and improve field service operations. Develop detailed process maps, documentation, and functional specifications.
