Service Worker II – DTC Surgical Suite

Alberta Health Services (AHS) has a great opportunity to help you kick off your career as a Service Worker II (SW II) at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton! This role is aligned with the standard SW II classification, while offering a unique opportunity to contribute primarily within the Diagnostic Treatment Centre (DTC) – Surgical Unit Sterile Core, the equipment storage area. This position is primarily assigned to Sterile Core, approximately four days a week, with the remaining time supporting broader SW II duties as operationally required. Flexibility to assist across Operative Services is essential. In the Sterile Core, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Operating Room (OR) supply and inventory carts and ensuring the availability of equipment and sterile products critical to surgical operations.
