Job Description
Responsible for quality assurance of selected SaaS product features (Cloud WAF, GLSB, ABP modules) and establishing an efficient automated testing process covering most testing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for functional modules.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify, track, and resolve defects.
- Work with support teams to analyze and address customer-reported issues.
- Review user guides and deployment documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and L7 application protocols (e.g., DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies such as WAF, API security, bot protection, UEBA, device fingerprinting.
