: Service Scope:Incident Management - Triage is in scope. Setting up the NOC bridge is the responsibility of the GMF NOC team and incase resolution warrants code fixes it will be hand-off to GMF L3/L4 team.Problem Management / RCAOnly Prod Environment is in ScopeApplication Monitoring of all components in ProductionCoordination between the team to resolve the issuesDebugging of issueMinor fixes only in scope i.e. Configuration changes, updating credentials, Updating certificatesVulnerability Remediation - Limited to running the DevOps Pipeline as per the standard remediation policy.Infra Provisioning using DevOps Pipeline (Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure.Staffing RequirementPrimary Skill - Net, Azure, DevOps.
