Senior Program Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager at Vantage, you are responsible for coordinating delivery across our product and engineering teams. Your mission is ensuring that dependencies between our product and engineering team are mapped, risks are mitigated before they become blockers, and every stakeholder is aligned on realistic, data‑backed delivery dates.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience within a Advertising or Marketing Technology (AdTech/MarTech) or high‑growth SaaS (Software as a Service) company.
• A history of managing projects with critical, interlocking dependencies.
• Deep expertise working with Jira (Advanced Roadmaps), Confluence, and project visualization tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in Retail Media environments.
