Senior Program Manager

Ideal Rate: $105- $110 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid- Up to 3 days onsite

Must haves:

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management within enterprise transformation programs (EIM) or enterprise digital transformation
• Hands‑on experience with OpenText, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 implementations
• Strong knowledge of information governance, records management, and compliance
• Experience leading migrations, platform rollouts, or enterprise‑wide transformations

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Purview or other compliance tools
• Exposure to AI/automation in document or content management
• Public sector or government project experience
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL
