Senior Process Engineer

Actalent’s client, a large EPCM is seeking a Process Engineer who will be responsible for supporting gas processing and modular facility projects through all stages of process design and execution. The role involves developing and validating process simulations, as well as creating and maintaining PFDs and P&IDs throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include sizing and evaluating major equipment such as vessels, towers, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary systems. The engineer performs pressure safety and control valve sizing, relief scenario development, and hydraulic assessments for piping, flare, and header systems. This position also requires conducting plant hydraulic studies, NPSH evaluations, reboiler elevation checks, and the design of drain and purge systems.
