Job Description

The Compliance Manager is responsible for setting up the right structure and governance to ensure TaskUs complies with its clients' contractual requirements. This role will lead and manage the strategy and performance of the Audit and Compliance segment of our strategic account team, ensuring the successful delivery of audit and compliance reports, the carrying out of internal audits, the hosting of auditors during external audits, and establishing and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance controls regularly.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with TaskUs policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to global regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and data privacy laws.
