Manage the month-end close process for various legal entities.
Perform month-end review and reporting to the Corporate office.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
Coordinate interim and year-end audits for various entities.
Coordinate, review, and analyze annual operating plans.
Prepare cash flow forecasts.
Develop and present decks to the senior leadership team.
About You
Hold a university degree and a professional accounting designation.
Have at least 7 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
Experience managing staff.
Mandatory experience within the Real Estate sector.
Experience dealing with complex organizational structures and consolidations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce insightful analysis supporting conclusions.
