Senior IT Project Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Project Management Office (PMO), the Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives across Spin Master’s global IT portfolio. This role operates across a highly matrixed environment, partnering with teams across Finance, Operations, Legal, Audit, Facilities, Toy, Digital Games, AI, and Enterprise IT functions.

This highly visible role partners closely with senior executives, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure disciplined project delivery, effective governance, and alignment to corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with SAP environments, PMO Intake and Gating processes, and experience leveraging Jira and Confluence for governance, tracking, and reporting.
