College degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Administration or a related field.6-8 years of relevant experience in ERP systems and business processes within manufacturing and/or distribution industries. Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of core business processes (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.).Proficiency with ERP systems.Familiarity with ERP customization processes and continuous improvement practices.Experience working with ticketing systems and user issue management.Bilingual in French and English (preferred).
