Job Summary
Senior Customer Data Associate reports to the Director, Global Customer Support Experience with alignment to the Master Data Management team. The role involves managing existing and creating new customer accounts within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, overseeing Business Partner (BP) rules, Customer Data policies, and customer data across all STEMCELL systems. The associate will visualize, transform, and manipulate data to prepare and present trends and insights.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for new customer onboarding, data maintenance and governance, quality assurance of business partners, and supporting reporting of hierarchy management
- Analyze data from STEMCELL’s ERP and CRM systems to highlight exceptions and identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure customer data is maintained at the highest level
