Senior Backend Python Developer

Salary Range: CA$120,000.00 To CA$130,000.00 Annually

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Backend Python Developer to help us change the way the world works with Parallels’ any‑device productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, fault‑tolerant backend systems to support evolving product needs.
• Develop robust services and APIs using Python, following best practices for code quality and performance.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Implement security best practices including encryption, access control, and vulnerability management.
• Design systems with high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, developers, and product managers to align backend solutions with business goals.
