Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: Hybrid (required 12 days on-site per month at the Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa)

Mandatory requirements

• Certified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP)
• A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated experience working as Scrum Master and leading multiple Operational IT Scrum Teams
• A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated experience working in an IT operations environment (e.g. patching/service requests, incidents, etc.)
• Demonstrated Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA
• Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting

Additional requirements

• Certified Agile Leader
• Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
• Dealing with project delivery and customer needs
