Scrum Master

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, ensuring adherence to Bank’s delivery standards and governance.

Remove impediments and manage dependencies to enable smooth sprint execution and on-time delivery.

Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint readiness.

Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress) and drive continuous improvement.

Support a collaborative, high-performing team environment within a regulated banking and financial services context.
