Opportunity Description
Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Technical BSA (Business Systems Analyst) — Location: Canada (Remote) We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, revenue automation, and Workato integrations, along with strong stakeholder management and business analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions
Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions including:
Quotes & Quote Line Items
Product Bundles & Configurations
Pricing, Discounting & Approvals
Configure and manage:
Automation Rules (Price Rules, Product Rules)
Revenue Rules...
