BPOD is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Mexico and support a global leader. Position Mission As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, prospecting, following up on leads, and creating new business opportunities across the LATAM market. This role focuses primarily on outbound prospecting and early-stage opportunity development, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline through both direct and channel sales motions. Key Responsibilities Identify and research target accounts across the LATAM market aligned with the ideal customer profile and sales priorities. Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn). Follow up on leads and nurture early-stage opportunities.
