Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach our selling model behaviors, engage with customers, and motivate associates to do the same. Ensure a seamless customer experience by utilizing all tools and techniques available.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of inventory and merchandising standards, in partnership with managers, ensuring the sales floor is customer‑ready every day, visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups and signage.
