ResponsibilitiesAct as primary facilitator and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), guiding teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile and SAFe practices.
Lead and facilitate major ART ceremonies, including PI Planning events, ensuring alignment on objectives, dependencies, and committed PI goals.
Conduct ART Sync meetings (Scrum of Scrums + PO Sync).
Proactively manage program‑level risks, impediments, dependencies, and compliance blockers—escalating to governance/risk committees as needed and preventing regulatory deadlines from being impacted.
Escalate and help resolve program‑level impediments that teams or Scrum Masters cannot address on their own.
