Release Train Engineer

We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and chief Scrum Master for a moderately complex Agile Release Train (ART). The RTE facilitates program-level processes, drives continuous development, manages risks, and escalates impediments. This role ensures alignment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to enhance speed and value in product delivery, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Serve as the facilitator and coach for a moderately complex Agile Release Train (ART). Leverage Agile methodologies, assessments, metrics, and dashboards to guide teams in value delivery. Facilitate PI Planning readiness through Continuous Exploration, Vision, Roadmap, and Backlog development. Enable adoption of Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira Align.
