Job Summary:
Manager(s) are responsible for ensuring product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods. This includes overseeing HACCP, GMP, and third-party audit standards (SQF, BRC), while maintaining and continuously improving Quality Management Systems.
The role is accountable for managing Quality teams, addressing non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions, and overseeing customer and consumer complaint programs. Manager(s) act as a key liaison with regulatory agencies (CFIA, FDA), auditors, and suppliers to ensure all requirements are met.
