QA Specialist

Pacific Programming and Tech Inc., a computer software development firm based out of Montreal, QC, is currently looking for an experienced QA Specialist in the field of manual and automated testing for our Quality Assurance team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Implementation of test plans, test cases and documentation, completion of operating instructions for product testing at an enterprise level.
• Ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Identify and write up bugs using clear reproduction steps.
• Run test suites against new functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure overall product quality and reliability.
• Work closely with the development team.
• Support our products against reported problems in an appropriate way.
• Escalate issues to team leads.
