Purchase Order Reception Analyst Representative

The Purchase Order Reception Analyst Representative will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant validation of customer purchase orders (primarily focused on U.S. Federal customers) - setting the foundation for seamless order fulfillment and supporting our commitment to exceptional customer experience. Responsabilities: Review and validate customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines. Request and follow up on required PO corrections prior to acceptance. Accept and update PO status in systems while maintaining accurate documentation for reporting and audit needs. Collaborate with order execution, customer-facing teams, sales, and contract teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
