National Franchise Property Restoration Company is expanding and looking for energetic and self‑motivated employees to join our team.

WINMAR provides emergency and reconstruction services to homes, businesses, industrial and institutional properties after they have been damaged by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, vehicle impacts, etc.

You will be required to respond to emergencies on a 24‑hour on‑call basis on a rotation schedule. Experience in project management is essential.

General Responsibilities

• Initial customer contact within 30 minutes and first customer visit within 24 hours.
• Dispatch emergency crews.
• Establish scope and standards of construction.
• Estimate equipment, manpower, cost and materials required using industry approved software (e.g., Xactimate).
