Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the design vision while overseeing the successful planning and delivery of projects for our Calgary Studio. This hybrid role combines high-level creative leadership with strong project oversight across all phases—from concept to implementation. You will work closely with partners, principals, designers, and clients across a range of built environment projects including signage, wayfinding, and experiential graphic design (EGD).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project support and for multiple, concurrent, and complex design/construction projects from schematic design to post construction phases.
• Assess and ensure schematic design, design development packages, technical drawings, reports, and contract documentation are complete, submitted to the clients on time, and comply with the requirements of the project.
