Lead and ensure all operational standards and processes are achieved, ensuring efficiency, consistency and excellence. Build and develop operations talent and cultural management, supporting a work environment that encourages learning and professional growth. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and lean culture through best practices, training and development of all staff members. Participate and review Project Execution and Quality Control (QC) plans with the Project Superintendent (PS). Serve as liaison with architects, consultants, suppliers, inspectors and owner representatives to resolve issues related to plans and specifications.
