Project Coordinator - Preconstruction

Kalamoir is a Calgary-based Developer & General Contractor that specializes in a variety of different development projects including infill townhomes, large-scale greenfield townhome developments, low-to-mid rise multi-family buildings, and various commercial/specialty and civil/infrastructure projects. Roughly 70% of our portfolio is focused on residential developments with the other 30% allocated to commercial & infrastructure. The majority of our projects are based in Calgary and the surrounding municipalities, but we are continuing to grow our presence in Interior AB & BC, in municipalities including Canmore, Jasper, Revelstoke & Fernie. A strong focus of Kalamoir is our preconstruction services where we are engaged early in the design development of projects so we can optimize value for clients through early budget and schedule preparation that are continually refined and updated leading up to formal tender and construction commencement.
