Program Manager – Analyst II – Operations
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects aligned with business objectives. This role involves driving cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and delivering measurable outcomes across programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Governance: Define and maintain program governance structure, including steering committees and workstreams.
- Ensure adherence to corporate strategy, compliance, and ERP modernization objectives.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and manage the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies; oversee end‑to‑end delivery: design, build, integration, testing, cutover, and hyper‑care.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to secure buy‑in and manage expectations; facilitate workshops and decision‑making forums.
